Q-Master Voice System
QoE Systems ’ Q-Master System measurers the speech quality aspects of communication devices or channels. Q-Master uses perceptual analysis capabilities as defined by ITU-T P.862. The result of the measurement is a MOS (Mean Opinion Score); to interpret end-to-end quality of speech.
Developers and operators can assess the correct functioning of networks (both telephony and LAN/WAN) and/or devices such as codecs, echo-cancellers, transcoders, gateways, telephones, voice activity detectors, etc., using the Q-Master System.

The Q-Master System includes dedicated hardware with a variety of available network and device interfaces. It facilitates the sending and receiving of signals over POTS (FXO and FSX), Analog Line, PSTN (T1 and E1), Phone Handset, Mobile Handset and Ethernet VoIP channels.
In addition to an overall MOS score, the Q-Master can measure within such parameters as; MOS speech only; MOS background only; time delay, MOS vs. Time and many additional measurements. The Q-Master GUI graphically represents all of these measurements.
The Q-Master GUI operates in a Windows environment, where the user interface provides a simple yet full featured test process environment that allows quick and comprehensive quality assessment measurements. The measurement results can be stored, reviewed, printed and exported.
The Q-Master can be deployed both locally as well as remotely connecting with Ethernet/LAN for control.
